Bright Green Future 2011 Exhibitor Information

There will be a limited number of Exhibitor Spaces available at this year's conference.
They are very
affordable and a good way to reach a targeted sustainability audience.

1. There will only be 16 spaces available each day for a cost of $50 each/day. Exhibitors are welcome to exhibit one or both days. Spaces will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis, so contact Laura to register.

2. Exhibitor spaces will be in sunny Forum C at the Hahn University Center, which will be set up with round tables and chairs to encourage attendees to use it for meals and networking.

3. To further encourage attendees to visit the exhibitors, Forum C will be used for lunch seating both days and for the Friday reception. Attendees can visit vendors/exhibitors during lunch, breaks and at the Reception and lunch events.

4.  Exhibitors/vendors will receive an approximately 8' x 8' space under the archways or along the back wall of Forum C. There is no room for full-size exhibits or booths. Each space includes:

  • A table and two chairs
  • A 30" company sign  
  • One free admission to the conference per day
  • One free entry to the Friday Networking Reception

5. Due to space limitations, Forum C will also be used for some sessions. Exhibitors are welcome to remain in the room when the sessions are being presented, or to attend other sessions. If they choose to remain, we just ask that they refrain from conversations with attendees during the presentations.

6. ATTENDANCE: Obviously this is a much smaller event than EarthFair. We are expecting upwards of
300 attendees per day. It is a far more targeted group of than EarthFair, however, with a local audience specifically interested in environmental and sustainability issues.
